Payments Accepted: I have a new shopping cart and can now easily accept Credit and Debit cards, and electronic checks. If you would prefer to send send something in the mail, that is also acceptable. I accept Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, or Money Orders, and require that you send it with signature confirmation. This is to protect both of us. Please be advised that I will wait for any payment type to clear before shipping your order, specifically, personal checks are held for 10 business days.

Shipping: For shipping within the US, I ship USPS Priority Mail, and fees are based on total cost of the order.     When requested, at your own cost, orders within the US may be sent by USPS Express Mail, or even overnighted if this is extremly urgent.

International shipping is sent via Global Priority, for a flat rate.
If requested, I can send via Global Express, instead, to expedite receipt.

Any shipping other than our typical shipping method will be charged per the weight of the package being sent. email us for specific quotes.

Returns: Right now, I am currently a small home business, and am only able to accept exchanges or returns for alterations.

I ask that any issues with your order be brought to my attention within 30 days after shipping date found on package. This should give adequate time for you to confirm sizing, etc. 

I will gladly take back a carrier that does not fit you as it should, and either alter it until it does fit well, or exchange for the correct size. I'm more than happy to work with you until we can get the perfect fit for you and your baby! 

For truly custom orders, where you send the fabric to me, I can only offer alterations at this time.

For returns or exchanges, I ask that you paypal or include a $5.00 flat rate return shipping cost.

Rush orders: At this time, the only way to rush your order is to ask for express shipping. You will be invoiced for the difference in pricing to upgrade your shipping choice.

Truly custom orders: If you want a carrier with a fabric you do not see, you can pick out and purchase your own fabric and send it to me!
Please email us for tips on what types of fabric to look for, and amount needed for the order.

For pouches, I charge a $34 custom fee per carrier, or $15 for child size.

For Mei Tais, I charge a $75 custom fee per carrier, or $25 for child size.

How orders are sorted: You are not officially in line until payment has cleared, or item to be exchanged has reached me.
